How to find out system information from the Command Line.

This applies to Windows XP and Windows 2003.
Start-->Run-->Cmd
Type systeminfo and Press Enter

To Save Output so Text File or Word Document you can also redirect the output by using following parameters
Type systeminfo > outputfilename.txt and Press Enter

OR

Type systeminfo > outputfilename.Doc and Press Enter
